宋阿琳

宋阿琳,女,1981年11月出生,中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所,博士,土壤-植物互作团队,副研究员,所优秀培育人才,硕士生导师。主要从事土壤-植物互作过程中养分循环、肥料微生物转化、中低产粮田生物障碍诊断与定向调控,先后主持十三五、十四五规划课题专题、国家自然基金、所优秀人才培育项目等课题10余项。前期主要负责硅肥的研制及应用,比较了不同原料硅肥对枸杞、水稻、小麦产量和品质的影响;比较秸秆还田影响土壤微生物群落与硅组分相互转化的关系及提高水稻生长的关键机制;比较了不同土壤类型中氧化亚氮释放温度敏感性较高的施肥处理中执行氧化亚氮释放的反硝化和硝化微生物种群的种群特征在不同温度下的变化,及其与氧化亚氮净释放之间的关系。揭示不同施肥措施对氧化亚氮还原过程中相关功能微生物种群的影响及它们的变化与还原过程的关系。发表论文30余篇,其中在Soil Biology and Biochemistry,Journal of Hazardous Materials,Science of the Total Environment, Plant and Soil等SCI源刊物上发表论文20篇,参编英文专著1部,授权国家专利2项。
