  1975年4月生,四川宜宾人,中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所副研究员。中国农业大学植物营养专业博士,清华大学化学工程与工艺专业博士后。现为中国农科院资划所肥料与施肥技术创新团队骨干,任中国植物与营养与肥料学会青年工作委员会主任。长期致力于聚合物包膜控释肥料研发,在养分控制释放机制、包膜材料、成膜工艺、生产设备等聚合物包膜控释肥料研究领域的开展研究工作。开发了聚烯烃、苯丙乳液、聚氨酯三大类聚合物材料包膜制备控释肥料的工艺技术,部分成果实现产业化。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、子课题1项,国家自然基金面上项目2项,成果转化项目1项,中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费课题3项;参国家科技支撑计划等课题10余项。发表论文20 余篇,申请中国发明专利31 项,美国发明专利1 项,参编书籍4 部。
